What to expect.

01

A short intro chat

We'll talk about what's bringing you here and what you're hoping to change.

02

Honest reflection

I'll share what I notice and whether ongoing coaching is likely to help.

03

Zero pressure

If it's a fit, we'll talk about next steps. If not, you leave with clarity either way.

Common questions.

Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to work with you?+

No. Many of the people I work with are self-identified or pre-diagnosis. Coaching isn't diagnosis or treatment, it's structured support.

How long are sessions?+

Intro calls are 25 minutes. Ongoing 1:1 sessions are typically 50 minutes, online via video.

Is this therapy?+

No. I'm a certified ADHD coach, not a therapist. We focus on the present and forward, practical systems, self-understanding, accountability.

What if I'm nervous about the call?+

That's completely normal. The intro call is deliberately low-pressure. You don't have to commit to anything afterwards.

Do you work with people outside Ireland?+

Yes. I'm based in Dublin but work with adults internationally over video.
